Thank you. Yes, I would love the chance to have a conversation at somepoint. Also what your processes are with the Live Alumni who uses it, who has access, etc. I would appreciate it. Thanks for your help!

Hello Anna,
We have used use LiveAlumni for several years and we worked with them early on to help them develop their CSV file format and import process for RE. It does require several excel conversions, but it is not overly complex.
If you have specific questions, feel free to contact me offline.

Subject: [FUNDSVCS] Live Alumni and Raisers Edge clients
Hi all,
I saw a demo of live alumni and its pretty cool with the information they have.
However, we have used there product in the past and importing the data back to RE had not been easy. We do not have import omatic and have to build the imports using the import function within RE. Live Alumni has told me they cant provide me the data in a csv form that would import easily and its up to us to import the data in our form. Just curious as to what others do to import this data into RE easily?
Thanks in advance,
Anna
