Serving as an integral part of the Development (fundraising) Department, this position functions as a member of the development operations and research teams. The Associate ensures the integrity of all gifts and data entered into the Raisers Edge database management system and provides prospect identification and research support for the Department.

Development Assistant, Operations:
The Development Assistant, Operations provides critical Operations functions for the Development (Fundraising) Office. This is an entry-level position in a dynamic fundraising environment with the opportunity to learn fundraising systems and processes. The position is responsible for researching, entering, and maintaining gifts and data in the development software system, creating acknowledgments and tax receipts, maintaining cash receipt and control system, and providing operational support for special events. Requires an individual who is highly detail-oriented and organized with the ability to learn and navigate a complex database.
