Your internal staff told you that this was going to likely save them
"thousands of dollars." Ask them to itemize what costs they will be
avoiding and use that as an estimate.
I'm a bit leery of some of their planned expenses including nannies. I've
not seen an institution willing to pay for those expenses in other similar
situations. But if you would then include those costs, too.
