Good morning all,
I apologize as this is a slight departure from our primary area of
discussion but I thought perhaps you all would be a good resource -- I'm
currently assisting our Admissions department with a CRM analysis in
view of a possible future migration. I'd like to gather some feedback
from the field on their experience with a few different platforms (see
below). Would any of you be able to connect me with someone in your
institution for a quick chat over the phone? (Extra bonus if you are
using Ellucian Colleague as your ERP!)
Specifically, I'm seeking small four-year colleges with undergraduate
enrollment roughly in the range of 500-2000 (slightly north of that
would be fine too)
I'm looking for high-level feedback on the following:
1. Front-end user satisfaction with the product
2. Admin & IT satisfaction with vendor & support
3. Strategies & Success of integration with Financial Aid
4. Strategies & Success of integration with ERP (esp. Colleague, if
applicable)
5. Overall thoughts
The CRMs I'm gathering feedback for are:
* Ellucian Recruit
* Technolutions Slate
* CampusNexus Engage (Admissions module)
o This one is brand new so I could use some feedback on RADIUS instead
* Fire Engine Red
* If your institution uses a different CRM and absolutely loves it,
I'd love to hear about it too!
