  • 1.  Small(ish) Nonprofit Campaign Director Position Description Needed

A second cousin-in-law (if there is such a formal title) has asked me for help finding a Campaign Director position description. All I have are from big colleges and universities and, while I can strip them down and remove all alumni/parent language, I thought I would ask here first since FundSvcs has *never* let me down. This organization has a staff of about 6-8 and are launching a $20MM campaign (mostly facilities but some program and endowment). They want to hire a full-time Campaign Director who would also be responsible (25%) for major/principal gift development. The position would be permanent shifting into full MGO status when the campaign is over. Any lister out here that has something I might borrow from? John John H. Taylor Principal, John H. John, Here is something that might be a good starting point for you. The position was designed to evolve into Research/Prospect Management after the Campaign rather than an MGO, but otherwise it is pretty similar.
