Yes, they were bought out by Blackbaud, but still offer a standalone subscription ($99/month or $900/year) that you can use to search donor prospects, etc. At least, according to their website

I thought NOZA was bought out by Blackbaud and is now only available via Target Analytics. Did you get a recent solicitation from them?

I am trying one more time to see if anyone has an opinion of NOZA Search. We are considering a subscription but their site doesn’t give you much of a free look and some of the links are broken.
Thanks and Happy Friday!

Subject: [FUNDSVCS] NOZA Search?
Greetings FundSvcs! It has been suggested to our organization that a subscription to NOZAsearch would be a good investment for us in prospecting for donors. I was wondering if anyone who uses it could comment on its accuracy, effectiveness, etc. We do have a subscription to WealthEngine but I find that their lists of charitable donations by individuals are lacking, and often conflate people with the same name so that it is difficult to figure out which one actually made that gift.
Thanks in advance for your thoughts!
John
