The Prospect Management Specialist is primarily responsible for the effective management, measurement, and analysis of the movement of prospects through the fundraising cycle working closely with advancement staff to provide strategic insights into prospects and portfolio/pipeline management. Specific projects and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Monitor Opportunities, Plans and Contact Reports in Apollo for units serving for missing data, stage accuracy, and follow up actions needed
* Monitor unassigned PLP's for assignment in a timely manner
* Provide assistance with contact report and opportunity entry as needed
* Manage PLP/Pipeline Management meeting prep, facilitation, and action items
* Conduct portfolio and pipeline analyses for assigned prospects within units served
* Identify and research new PLP's and MG prospects
* Assist in developing and delivering training materials
