Definitely easily done using Summaries in query criteria. Can double check with same fields in export fields.

When I did it last I exported one column of giving for each FY then used a formula in excel to count to see who gave multiple times.

For instance, if she wants to look at donors who have made 3 or more gifts in the last 10 years, how would she do that?
