  • 1.  Timing of Endowment Reports

    Posted 01-16-2019 11:13 AM
Good Afternoon, We are working with our leadership to try and change when we send out our endowed reports. Currently it is Nov/Dec. which is a very busy time to begin with. Would anyone be willing to email me their school that send unaudited numbers? Leadership does better when we have schools we can refer to. My email is jenhall@bu.edu. Please an thank you, Jen Hall Assistant Director Gifts & Donor Reporting. At most institutions, I work with we strive for 60 days after the books closed. So if that's June 30th we have worked on getting them in the mail by the end of September - mid-October at the latest. John John H. Taylor Principal, John H. We wait until the audit report is finalized. Some years that’s pretty late (like right now). But we’d rather send out audited numbers than not. -Josh _____________________ Joshua S.
