Amy, We currently use Graduway as the provider of our online alumni portal. I'm not sure if this is the same product you're referring to with the mentoring, but in our platform alumni can select they are willing and interested in helping to mentor and use the platform to make connections. Overall I've been very happy with the quality of the platform and the customer service experience we've received.
