We also have Workday and do have a direct feed. I think the unique thing we had to overcome with conversion (unlike our old financial system), is that we needed to generate TWO daily feeds. New cash and modifications. They could not be mixed. The first feed debits cash and credits the fund balance for all new activity. The second is a net zero transaction for mods. Our IT team took a year or so to launch (I am not an IT person!) so I probably cannot answer technical questions. I’m a technical nitwit.

We use workday here at UMUC for our state operating budget. It doesn't connect seamlessly with our charitable database, which we use Financial Edge for, but we do use it for grants and operating expenses. I'm happy to try and field any questions you might have.

We use Raiser’s Edge and our finance dept move to Workday and we are have some challenges related to integration (I use that word loosely). Would love to talk to anyone who is familiar with Workday.
