I'm gathering information for our team on typical practice for recording grant award letters of intent - do you record in your database as a pending commitment, a different way, or not at all? Happy to be directed to a resource or other body of work on this topic as well, but I appreciate any personal insight as well. We're a Raiser's Edge NXT shop that utilizes the prospect module and opportunity entry.
