Generally no - although that is an absolute YES when it comes to DAFs and family foundations. Although even they can receive token items as long as the gift is $55.50+ and the value of the token item does not exceed $11.10.

Greetings,
We have a small gift ($95) from a nonprofit organization. Are they eligible to receive benefits?
In general, are there any specific benefit eligibility restrictions/issues when the donor is or represents a nonprofit organization?
Thanks in advance!
