To Aaron's point/question - as long as the sponsor does not actually receive use of the table and/or selcts those who can sit at the table - but is simply being recognized as sponsoring the table - there is no QPQ. We're having an event later this year. The top tier of sponsorships have tables of 10 for the donor to use as they wish. The sponsorship levels also have a table of 10 which will be given to first responders of our choice. Does the purchaser of the sponsorship get charged for the benefits associated with this table? I would think not since they are not benefiting from it, just acknowledging that they "donated" the table. I'm confused? Do they select who sits at the table? Or are they just underwriting the equivalent of a table and you pick?
