If you search the archives you will find quite a few earlier posts from folk who use this - and other similar - systems. DocuSign seems to be the product I come across the most - but that does not mean it's the best - just seems to be more common! John John H. Taylor Principal, John H. We have been using DocuSign to obtaining gift agreement signatures, both donor and internal, for over a year now. The process is seamless and easy to use. We seldom use paper documents any longer. Feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss further. Happy New Year! [DELAWARE FIRST] Lynne Sklar Asst. We use DocuSign for gift forms, fund agreements, and naming agreements. It is rather simple to use and we have found that many donors were already familiar with it. We still have some individuals that will request to sign a hard copy but not often. Thanks. Kevin S. Nunnally Associate Vice President for Advancement Services The University of Alabama
