For any Blackbaud RE/NXT shops: Admittedly, I've still been working almost exclusively in the database view, and with the fast-paced updates and discussions around NXT, I'm feeling a bit behind on all the changes. As we're moving toward NXT, I'm looking for a consultant who can help us navigate the transition, particularly with the following:

• Advising on how our existing processes will translate to NXT

• Identifying necessary changes to fully leverage NXT's functionality once the database view is phased out

Ideally, I'd love to connect with someone with specific expertise in RE/NXT. If you've worked with any consultants who have helped in similar areas, I'd greatly appreciate any recommendations.
