Do any of your institutions have written policies or agreements about how you share data with campus partners and volunteers? If so, may I ask if you could send me example?
For instance, do you have policies about how and when donor information is shared with academic departments so they can do their own stewardship? How about for when alumni information is shared with academic departments so they can recruit alumni to participate in a mentor program? And under what circumstances is constituent information shared with volunteers so they can participate in peer-to-peer fundraising?
Please know that anything you're able to share would be remarkably helpful.
