I am in the process of working on a needs assessment for Advancement Services. Currently I am Sr. Director (I am also the only person who does Prospect Management and Research in addition to all the reporting and reconciling) and I have 2 Advancement Services Coordinator, one gift entry/receipting and some financial reports. The other is bio updates. Our database is the college's official donor database and our affiliates have different databases. Their gifts and membership information is imported into ours on a weekly basis. I also oversee that process. We enter about 5000 gifts per year with an annual fundraising goal of $18M
