    Good morning,

Is anyone using Qgiv as your payment processor and online giving vendor?  We are exploring it as an option, and I would love to hear if anyone has thoughts.

    Thanks for your help.

    Best,

    Stephanie

We have been using QGiv since June 2021 and have been very pleased with the site.  It is very user friendly and easy to navigate for set up and pulling reports.  We used to experience complaints about our donation page from donors but have yet to receive a call (that I can think of) since switching to QGiv.  We are able to set up individual giving forms for each of our direct mail appeals in addition to using it for our main giving pages.  Any issues/questions we had have been quickly resolved by customer support.  I'd be happy to put you in touch with my colleague who sets everything up for our site.  Highly recommend it!

    Hi Stephanie,
I am a nonprofit tech/data consultant and have worked with QGIV at a few client organizations (I was involved in general technology setup and integrations, and QGIV was a part of the portfolio. Although I was not a direct user/stakeholder, I interacted closely with the staff who were the direct users).

QGIV is the front end form hosting service for collecting donations and pledges, and it provides payment processing. They have their own cloud-based portal including basic reporting and analytics. In general, the organizations using it seem to like it. I should not comment on pricing because it is always changing and what is "good pricing" is a very subjective decision, but my organizations were happy with the price point.
I would rate the support to be very satisfactory. I have had to interact with their tech support on a few occasions and they were readily available, prompt in responding, and understood and resolved my issue(s) quickly.

In terms of limitations: It is not a donor CRM -- although the term donor CRM seems to be used very loosely in the field. They do provide some reporting etc. but overall, the best way to make it work is by connecting it with a backend donor CRM/database system connected to it.

If there is any specific information you are looking for, then I am happy to answer privately. I would recommend to list your wish list and request a thorough product demo before making your decision.

    Hope this helps,
