Hello everyone,
We have many sources that we receive obituary information from based on several criteria including location and/or the mention of our university. As in previous posts, the validation of these individuals to ensure that you are, in fact, deceasing the correct constituent record can be quite laborious. We are spending quite a bit of an FTE managing this every week. I was curious if anyone would be willing to share your obituary intake/verification process with me? I'd love to see if others have a better 'best practice' to follow that we may not have previously considered.
