    Greetings Colleagues,

For professional enrichment, I am taking a research methods class in the George Mason University graduate program for Organizational Development & Knowledge Management. My colleagues and I are researching leading practices for hybrid work, i.e. part of your schedule is remote and part on-site. If you work a hybrid schedule please contribute to healthy hybrid workplaces by taking this survey. Whether you are striving, thriving, or struggling to adapt to a hybrid work environment, your input is highly desired.

Your candid responses and assessments can help us surface leading practices. Your responses will be kept strictly confidential and the survey should take about 5 minutes to complete. The survey collects demographic info, used to ensure broad participation, and then asks about your hybrid work experience.

To provide an extra incentive, once you complete the survey you can enter a drawing for a $25 Amazon e-gift certificate to be given to a survey participant.
