Hi All,

For those whose Financial Services colleagues are on Workday/use Workday as the Finance system of record:

How are you recording Grants in your Advancement CRM? We have a Gift integration built between Colleague Advancement (our current Development system of record) and Workday, but we are figuring out how best to record Grants in Colleague, given that they are first processed by Financial Services (and their Grants workstream in Workday will not integrate with Colleague). 

I'll note that we are about to convert to a new Advancement CRM, but for the next year, are trying to figure out how best to record Grants. The main barrier at the moment is that our Financial Services team has stopped creating Grant Funds/Designations in Colleague and Development has not been granted access to do this instead.
