    Hi all,

    Have you received gifts from the Korea Foundation through your Office of Sponsored Programs? Did you count them in your campaign or as govt dollars?

    I researched this a while back and concluded it's primarily an arm of the Korean Government.

    It was established in 1991 by the government under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The foundation has some independence, but it is not a private nonprofit. Funding and oversight come from the South Korean government.
