Good afternoon
An odd question which i am not even quite sure how to phrase. More than a decade ago an alumna established an endowed fund in honor of a former professor. Recently, this alumna came forward and indicated that she would like to be removed as a report recipient, and further, should any questions arise related to the fund and future amendments, she wants to ensure that she will not be contacted, This alumna would like us to document this as an addendum to the original agreement. This is a new one for me. While there is no animosity that we are currently aware of between the alumna and the University, she is pretty set on getting this documented. To be clear, she is not requesting any changes to the fund itself; only that she no longer be associated with it.
Have any of you encountered this? What language did you use?
