    Hi All,

    We currently mail gift acknowledgements daily. 

    I am looking into some process to automate the daily gift acknowledgement process - email via NXT. I am not able to set this up, does anyone use email to acknowledge gifts. How is this set up. Looking for guidance.

    Tripti, I am not an expert on programming reports and emails. However, I do know that a good number of my RE clients have added ReceipterPro to the toolbox to automate the receipt and acknowledgement process. You might want to check them out:

    You might find it helpful to review the RENXT documentation on Acknowledgments and Receipts (https://webfiles-sc1.blackbaud.com/files/support/helpfiles/rex/content/bb-acknowledgements.html#). RENXT allows for the generation and emailing of personalized acknowledgments directly from the unified view.     We reviewed the NXT process, but those are individual ack., not satisfying our requirements. So I wanted to get an idea if anyone else is using it.
    I am also working with Blackbaud, in case we get a solution for our needs.
