How do your custodians (those responsible for using donated dollars) get access to their funds?
We have a "restrictions met" process. Custodians create an expense (make a purchase) and then submit a form to release the funds to cover the expense. It's a confusing and very manual process that I hope to simplify. There is a heavy burden on Finance and the Custodian.
What is the process for your organization?
