We are exploring a product called AQ2 for our Gift Management team. The vendor claims to be able to capture/post donor information from appeal cards, increase speed & accuracy for gift management, process checks & route to bank using Check 21 and ACH. We currently use Blackbaud CRM (hosted) and PaperSave (hosted). I'm interested if others here have experience with AQ2 that you'd like to share? Especially interested if anyone has integrated AQ2 with BBCRM and/or PaperSave.
