Hello everyone. I have a small group working on developing guidance on managing situations around inappropriate constituent behavior and misalignment. Could be a simple misalignment of the development officer and constituent or rise to the level of egregious behavior that results in a "persona non-grata" coding (our nuclear coding to remove someone.) I participated in the "Addressing Inappropriate Consitutent Behavior" webinar and have reviewed the Best Practice document.
I am wondering if others have guidance or policy documents around this topic that they'd be willing to share. Thank you!
