Guidelines for naming smaller spaces

    I wondered if anyone can provide some guidance for me. We at the University at Buffalo have naming guidelines but they do not extend to smaller spaces, for example, a lecture hall or a garden area. Does anyone have a formula that is used for these types of spaces? $1000 per square foot, or something like that.
