Hello Everyone,
As you know we are trying to think of more innovative ways to connect with our donors and one option we have discussed is using text to solicit donors. We are a separate 501 (c)3 from the University and wanted to hear if other schools have been using this type of contact. We are looking to do this through our annual giving and we currently use Ruffalo Cody for our phonathon calling/soliciting. We are looking to understand how other schools have interpreted the laws around consent for soliciting via text. Any thoughts or work arounds anyone has to share I would love to hear about.
Regards,
Bonnie Burleigh
