Hi All - Looking for some program ideas and stats on what is working around faculty and/or staff campaigns. We are looking to revamp ours and I would like to see some stats on how and what other organizations measure. What are your parameters and how do you define success at your particular institution? I would like to be able to talk about best practices and create some reporting around KPIs and metrics. Do you have any innovative programs or pushes that have been particularly successful? What platforms do you use? Are you using multi-channel marketing?

Overall, the campaign we have been running is stale and tries to be all things to all people.  We are looking at a 7% static participation level for the the last few years and I would like to hear what others are seeing and how often you refresh or relaunch campaigns for your faculty and/or staff.

Happy to jump on a call or connect with our Annual Giving Director to speak to what we have been doing and why we need to make some changes.

Thanks for any and all input!
