  • 1.  Pledge Reminder Solutions?

    Posted 10-29-2020 03:20 PM

    Afternoon FundSvcs!

Is anyone using a 3rd party solution to send out pledge reminders (for straight pledges on a payment schedule) to your donors?

    With thanks,

    Chris

Chris, with the exception of phonathon pledges I mostly see the primary CRM used to perform this function.  Granted, it tends to be more or less an export/import thing with your own design features.  But it works.  At Duke and NC State we used Advance and had a pretty slick reminder system in place.  What system is RIT using - and have you done all you can to exploit its features?  Perhaps someone else out here in FundSvcs-land who is using the same CRM can share what they have internally developed.

For phonathon pledges, you can use that third-party built-in feature.  Although, I tend to think we can make the reminders look prettier :-).
