Statement of Purpose

This statement is made as of the _____ day of _____________, 20___ by ____________________ (hereinafter "donors") and Central Washington University Foundation (hereinafter "Foundation").

The donors have included the Foundation in their estate plans through their ___________ (type of instrument). Upon their death, the funds received will be used to establish the ___________________________ Endowment (hereinafter "Fund") with the CWU Foundation as a permanently endowed account. The funds available for this endowment shall be based on the Endowment Spending Policy established by the CWU Foundation Board of Directors and as amended in future years.
